The location was great, close to the Marketplace and City Center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Laura, were friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of amenities for families, like a park and basketball court on-site.

The hotel was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and the staff did a good job of cleaning every day. I also enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of food to choose from.

The cleaning staff came late in the evenings and sometimes we were still in the room. Also, the towels at the pool were always out and we had to ask for them every time.

I had an amazing experience at Residence Inn! The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was like a small apartment, spacious and well-appointed, with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Despite a minor inconvenience with the water being turned off for a few hours, the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay!

Great value and very clean lines, large and clean rooms, full kitchen at competitive pricing. Nearby grocery, Starbucks, and secure facilities.

No safes in the rooms, not a busy hotel.

The kitchen in our room was a great feature. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and have a home-like experience during our stay. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, and the staff did a great job of keeping it tidy every day. The breakfast offered a variety of options that everyone in our group enjoyed, from pancakes to eggs and fruit. The location of the hotel was convenient, with shops and a library nearby. We also appreciated the free high-speed internet access in the lobby, as well as the helpful front desk staff.

Comfortable and well-equipped studios with a nice desk and chair. The white bedspread was a refreshing change. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of selections.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and full kitchen facilities. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The location is convenient to everything, including the Bay Area and the nearest BART station. Plus, having a supermarket just a short walk away is incredibly convenient.
