I recently stayed at Residence Inn for the second time and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with everything from luggage to local recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and always kept clean, with breathtaking views. The free breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel, and the parking garage had plenty of space for larger vehicles.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The location was convenient, close to attractions and transportation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The hotel had thoughtful amenities such as free coffee, ice in the freezer, and a laundry room. the free breakfast was also a hit with a variety of options, including waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage patties. the location was convenient, with easy access to downtown via tram or bus, and great restaurants right across the road on the marina.

The caulking around the hotel showers was poorly done and hard to clean, which made them appear dirty. Additionally, there was a delay in getting the correct room type, resulting in confusion and a couple hours of waiting.

Convenient location near daughter's apartment, bus stop out front, and two grocery stores within a mile. Appreciated full kitchen amenities and ability to wash dishes. Liked breakfast selection and pool/hot tub area. 2-bedroom suite had nice view.

Breakfast better than home! the free buffet breakfast was amazing with a great selection. It definitely exceeded my expectations. the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our group of two couples, providing ample space and comfort. the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The option to purchase a plan was available. the location wasn't within walking distance to the downtown core, but taxis or streetcars were cheap and convenient alternatives.

Great location & facilities for the price. King bed & kitchenette were a plus. Breakfast had healthy options.
