The breakfast was great! They had a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, assorted breads, oatmeal. It was a full, hot layout and everything was nicely prepared and tasty. the coffee was always available and it was always hot. Another positive aspect was the friendly and helpful front desk staff. They were always courteous and willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the hotel had plenty of parking, which was convenient for guests. Access from the interstate was easy.

The beds could have been more comfortable. They were not as comfortable as I had hoped, and it affected my sleep quality during the stay.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff, especially Jake at check, in and Nicholas during the evening mix, were friendly, accommodating. We were impressed by Nicholas' attentiveness and his thankfulness and respect for a group of uniformed Air Force soldiers. the hotel's family, friendly amenities such as the well, equipped rooms, access to streaming services on the TVs, and the barbecue and fire pit area were perfect for our needs. the location was also great, with shops and the Spokane Valley Mall within walking distance.

We stayed at Residence Inn for four days while attending graduation at Gonzaga's Auditorium. The 1 bedroom unit was perfect for two adults, with ample space for all our techie devices. We were able to comfortably watch movies while charging our equipment. The room also had a good sized fridge for our leftovers. The breakfast provided each day was delicious and reliable. The clean and comfortable room served as a great home base for our daily outings. The pool was a nice bonus.

The sofa bed in our room was in bad shape - there was a dip in the middle and it came with a ratty blanket. the drain in the bathroom was poorly designed and caused water to fill the room.

The wine selection and evening buffet were unexpectedly impressive. I enjoyed the option to choose from several wines, beer, soda, and Perrier, and the pour of Cabernet in a nice wine glass was a pleasant surprise. The buffet had a good variety of options and I appreciated the helpful staff member who quickly got me a plate and showed me the offerings. Additionally, the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff, particularly Nick and McKenzie, made me feel at home and added to the positive experience.

Although the hotel rooms were well-kept, they felt a bit dated. Some updating, especially with the hallway paintings, would improve the overall aesthetic.
