My family and I stayed at Residence Inn for a ski vacation for a week. the location was fantastic, close to mountain trails and town. the included breakfast was great, with a variety of options. We appreciated the spacious and clean room with a kitchenette. the staff, especially the head housekeeper, was exceptional in addressing our needs and being innovative in solving issues. The fire pit outside was a cozy spot, and the whirlpool was a hit, especially with the helpful lift chair for accessibility. Cons: Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Location was fantastic for hiking in the mountains and close to the town center. the complimentary breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold options. the room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette, making it convenient for in-room cooking.

The parking fee of $10 felt steep considering the room cost. No bicycles for rent on the premises, which would have been a nice addition.

I always return for business trips. On my first visit, staff recommended currency exchange. Amenities include Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, Outdoor pool, Jacuzzi. It has everything I need.

The suite I stayed in was just what I needed with a great kitchenette and a perfect design that allowed me to work without disturbing others. the thick towels were a nice touch. the hotel's location was ideal for my needs, as I was only a short drive from both the ski resort and the supermarket.

The parking lot and sidewalks were covered in ice, making it difficult to get to my car. while the breakfast provided was a nice touch, the employee in charge was not friendly at all and the grab and go items felt needless and time-consuming.

The room was clean and up to date with a small kitchen. Close to downtown and nature trails. Saw a bear on the walkway. Amazing hotel with exceptional staff. Rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. Cozy breakfast nook. Comfortable lounging furniture. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Additionally, the large whirlpool and the lift chair provide relaxation and accessibility for all guests.

The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures were top-notch and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the linens were new and fresh. The location was great, with easy access to downtown and the scenic Spring Creek trail. I even had the exciting experience of spotting a bear! The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping team were all very accommodating and helpful with any special requests. Sitting outside by the fire pit at night and enjoying the sound of Fish Creek was a wonderful way to unwind. The whirlpool was also a highlight, especially with the lift chair that made it accessible for my son in a wheelchair.
