I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ridgecrest after a long day of hiking! The friendly staff treated us like royalty—ever seen a hotel staff member greet you at check-in with a smile like they just won the lottery? Bree, the night auditor, was just what we needed to lift our spirits! The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations, featuring not only your average eggs and bacon, but also special banana waffles that had me coming back for seconds—and maybe thirds. And let's not forget the indoor pool, perfect for splashing around after summiting nearby peaks!

Our stay here is fantastic due to the location perfectly positioned between Death Valley and Sequoia National Park, providing easy access to both stunning landscapes. The complimentary breakfast not only satisfies our morning cravings but also exceeded expectations with options like eggs and ham, making it a great start to our day. The staff in the breakfast area are super friendly and always ready with a smile, which adds a nice touch to our mornings.

The air conditioning units in the room are quite noisy, which can disrupt sleep.

The staff here treated us like we were royalty, especially when I had a mishap with my reservation. They really went out of their way to find me a room after I messed up. The complimentary breakfast was really impressive. Eggs with ham and those waffles were just what I needed to start the day right!

Wasn't exactly affordable but for what we got it was still fine.

Inconsistent Air Conditioning Units!!! Noise from Hallways can disrupt your peace!!! Limited Housekeeping Service every other day is less than ideal!!! Plus, the decor feels outdated and needs a fresh look!!! More communication on policies would be appreciated!!!

Comfortable beds provided a great night’s sleep! The staff in the breakfast area were super nice, making mornings brighter.

Air conditioning units were noisy, disrupting the peace! Also, the decor felt outdated, definitely in need of a refresh.

Had a great time with my friends! The rooms were clean, and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed some golfing and hiking during our stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially the little omelettes. Plus, the 32-inch flat-screen televisions were nice for winding down after a day out. Definitely a good place to stay!

The only downside was that we experienced some noise from the hallway at night, which made it hard to sleep.

My wife says that the furniture in the room could be more functional for families. A bit more variety in seating would be great.
