Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff at front desk and housekeeping. Convenient parking. Enjoyed late check-out. Gym was clean.

The room at Courtyard was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were soft and the bathroom had everything we needed. The gym was also well-equipped and convenient. a nice, modern hotel.

Location was convenient, close to restaurants and other amenities. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient in checking us in.

The customer service was lacking. I had a problem with a reservation and the staff was not helpful in resolving the issue.

The staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, lobby and fire pit were nice, and the housekeeper was attentive.

The gym was super duper clean, and the staff at the front desk, especially the two ladies, were fast, fun, and friendly. The beds in our room felt just like our own bed back home.

There was no complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. the onsite bistro was available, but the food was bland and overpriced.

The room was well-decorated and clean, and I even got upgraded to a beautiful suite as a platinum member. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend trying out Yume next-door. I had a great experience at this hotel.
