We stayed at a hotel that was close to everything we wanted to do. There was a great restaurant right on the bay and other amenities nearby. We enjoyed a nice view of the water and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. the location was perfect, central to all the attractions in the area. We were able to easily walk to downtown and explore the Alexandria Bay area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a breathtaking view from our balcony. We even had the option to upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi, which was a luxurious touch. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Riveredge Resort in Alexandria Bay. The location was perfect, right on the water with an amazing view of the boats every morning. I especially loved having my own balcony to enjoy the scenery. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was a luxurious addition and made our anniversary trip extra special. Despite a few small hiccups, such as difficulty getting dinner at the restaurant and the lack of coffee filters, everything else about our stay was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was ready before the check-in time. The food from room service was delicious, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend Riveredge Resort for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff, mostly local North Country people, were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an amazing location, surrounded by water on three sides and close to all the shops and attractions in the area. The rooms are cozy with their own little balconies, offering a great view of Boldt Castle. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast included in the stay is a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly employee at the front desk who made us feel welcome. They even allowed us to check in early, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the hotel's location, as it was so close to everything in the Bay area. We enjoyed the stunning view of the castle from our room and the fact that we were right on the water. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated the ample parking. The staff, especially Andrew at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
