Our stay at Rivergate was fantastic! The balcony overlooking the river was amazing, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. We were grateful for the breakfast vouchers to Reagan's House of Pancakes, where the buffet was a great deal for only $5. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed people-watching and even saw some go-cart action. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and a charming free-standing fireplace. We will definitely be back!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the clean and well-maintained rooms at the lodge. The soundproofing in the room was exceptional, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. We also appreciated the nice room darkening blinds, allowing us to sleep in without any disturbance from the sunlight.

While our stay at the lodge was overall enjoyable, one aspect that could have been improved upon is the lack of a swimming pool. It would have been a nice addition to have a pool where we could cool off and relax on hot days.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, peaceful back deck, helpful breakfast vouchers, friendly staff.

It was great to be so close to the amusement park, which was fun, but also noisy, and to the busy parkway with all its shops. The river nearby was a nice touch. Our small, but clean room had a private balcony overlooking the creek, with all necessary amenities such as a microwave and mini fridge.

The outside appearance of the hotel was a bit run down and the location behind the go-kart racing tracks was not ideal for noise level.

Enjoyed walking distance to attractions, clean room, jacuzzi, comfortable bed, peaceful atmosphere.

The owner personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough explanation of everything we needed to know. The room we stayed in was truly awesome, exceeding our expectations. The king bed with a down pillow-top mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the jacuzzi provided the perfect relaxation after a day of shopping. We also loved the balcony overlooking the river and the parkway – a great place to unwind. Despite its proximity to the parkway and race tracks, the room was surprisingly quiet. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we visit Sevier County in the future!

The breakfast coupon for Reagan House of Pancakes was excellent, better than any continental breakfast we've had at a hotel. The balcony provided a pleasant setting in the late afternoon. The room was tidy and clean, with a recent renovation. The view from the balcony was lovely. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily visit the places we planned to explore.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is incredible, right on the river with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Also, this hotel is conveniently situated close to most attractions in this city, making it easy to explore without wasting time on transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times.

Our stay at Rivergate was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean room, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The location was perfect for exploring and shopping, and the staff was quick to answer any questions and provide exceptional service. We even received a voucher for a delicious breakfast at Reagan's Pancake House during our stay.

The only minor downside was that the morning meal could have been improved. The coffee provided in the room was not the best, and it would have been nice to have better quality coffee to enjoy while listening to the go carts outside on the balcony.

The rooms were surprisingly soundproof, despite being located next to a race car track. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. The balcony overlooking the river was a nice touch, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife and even the fireworks from Dollywood every night. The location was also convenient, with The Old Mill restaurant and The Island within walking distance.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it was functional. The parking was a little tight, although we were able to use the handicap parking space to accommodate our large SUV.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing me with a hand-drawn map to help me navigate the area.
