I recently stayed at the Riverside Hotel for a few nights and it was an amazing experience. Our room at Riverside had a balcony with a beautiful view of the canal. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the scenery. The hotel is conveniently located near the river, downtown, and a short distance from the beach. the pool area is nice and provides a great place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the conference facilities are well-maintained and perfect for hosting small meetings.

The room did not meet our expectations. the refrigerator was unplugged upon arrival and we had to move heavy furniture to access the outlet.

The hotel is centrally located near a vibrant boulevard with many shops and restaurants to explore. It's also relatively close to the airport and a cruise ship. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is offered at the Indigo restaurant onsite. Guests can also enjoy nice views from higher floors and have access to valet parking and several dining options.

Some aspects of the hotel fall short. Vegan options are limited, and the pool could use some improvements.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was right in the heart of a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. I stayed in a spacious room in the old tower, which had a lovely sitting area and all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, providing top-notch service and assisting me in finding activities to do with my teenagers. I also appreciated the variety of facilities available, such as the spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

On the other hand, there were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
