The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made our

check-in process so seamless. We loved the family suite with the bunk beds for the kids and the cleanliness was top-notch. Plus, being just across the street from the beach was a bonus! Only wished for more dining options nearby.

The room was almost cozy, if only it wasn’t so small and dark. And having only 2 elevators, one being broken, for such an elite establishment is just laughable. I expected a complimentary drink for my troubles, but clearly, that level of service is too much to ask for. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The location is fantastic, just across the street from the beach and within walking distance to nice restaurants, making it very convenient for enjoying San Juan.

The bathroom in my room was disappointingly small, making it a bit cramped, especially when considering the overall size of the room.

Consider exploring local dining options as the hotel restaurants have limited hours and pricey breakfasts. Nearby places offer delicious and affordable meals.

The room had a large balcony overlooking the pool area, which was perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation.

We had this massive issue with the room not being cleaned, which was just nuts, but the front desk did finally step up when I raised a fuss about it. Had a late-night adventure trying to find an entrance that wasn't mentioned at check-in — could have been a disaster, but luckily we found a great restaurant nearby! !

Honestly, it wasn’t exactly cheap staying here, but you know, it’s acceptable for a vacation.

i was almost ready to leave a positive review—if only my room with a balcony wasn’t utterly bare, just like my excitement. a big empty space facing the back of Burger King, how charming! and after having to ask three times for a room change, a little thank you gift woudl ve been nice. i just can’t.

My experience was quite disappointing, especially with the cleanliness of my room. Despite requesting fresh towels multiple times, they didn't arrive, leading to frustration throughout my stay. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and provided inconsistent information, which added to my dissatisfaction. Even when I asked for a room cleanup, it was ignored, leaving me feeling neglected as a guest.

For breakfast, skip the pricey hotel option and try Panaderia Espana nearby for delicious, affordable pastries and coffee.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's prime location, just steps from the beach and a variety of dining options. The happy hour was well-priced, too! The pool area added a cozy touch, ideal for relaxation after exploring. Don’t miss the on-site pizzeria for delicious pizza and pasta—a must-try!

Ag man, the pool was lekker, and the walk to the beach was super quick! Faccio Pizza had us going back every day for those delicious slices. Our room was also beautiful and comfy, perfect for chilling after a long day.

Just a bit bummed about the door issues. It came off track but was sorted fast, though they left a mess. Not ideal, but we managed.

The amenities were fantastic, especially the inviting pool area. Customer service felt genuinely attentive, and the hotel's prime location made exploring San Juan a breeze with plenty of nearby dining options. Although the room had a faint musty odor, the clean and modern space made up for it. Would come back!
