At my go-to spot, staff made evening plans easy. With Wi-Fi, parking, 24/7 service, fitness, and more needs met, I always pick this place. Returning for Christmas fun!

Upon checking in, I noticed a dead bug on the sheets, and the AC was not cooling properly. Although initially frustrating, the hotel staff promptly provided clean sheets in the correct size and attempted to address the AC issue. the front desk area was inviting.

Our room was the best on our entire trip, and the welcoming staff answered all our questions promptly. the efficient and professional service at check-in was a plus. the breakfast was also very good, and the morning staff on the first day was friendly and attentive.

The morning staff, particularly during breakfast, had issues with providing proper documentation and handling guest concerns. Additionally, some rooms were not up to standard cleanliness, with unemptied trash cans and dirty linens.
