The location was fantastic, right beside Columbia Mall and other popular shopping spots. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even helped me with a last-minute late checkout request. A special shout-out to the front desk for that!

The property itself was well-maintained and the pools and sauna were a great bonus. I especially enjoyed the summertime atmosphere by the pool, with the patio chairs, umbrellas, and palm trees. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the cleaning maid did a fantastic job. The hotel also offered a nice breakfast and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning for another visit.
