The bed was exceptionally comfortable for great sleep.

the location is abysmal, and the hallway has an unpleasant odor, truly charming. I would’ve expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but nope. Apparently, the gym is only for adults, so children can’t enjoy any fun. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t with all these issues.

Waking up to spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely breathtaking! The apartment was spacious, and I loved that the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Staff were friendly and always helpful, adding a nice touch to our stay.

However, we did encounter a few maintenance issues that really dampened the experience. The air conditioning was quite loud, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was lower than expected, which was frustrating at times. Also, the noise from outside could be bothersome.

Request a high floor for better sound insulation, especially if you're sensitive to noise from nearby clubs or traffic.

The apartments are modern with magnificent views, especially the Burj Khalifa. The customer service was prompt, and the kitchen facilities made self-catering a breeze! It felt like a home away from home.

The cleanliness on the floors was inconsistent, as my children’s feet got dirty even after servicing. The lounge area could use more frequent mopping to maintain its appeal.

I had an unforgettable experience! The spacious apartments were modern and impeccably clean, providing a perfect haven after exploring the city. Exceptional staff service, especially from Zainab and Biko, made my stay extra special. Conveniently located near local attractions, this place truly felt like a home away from home.

stayed at sonder downtown towers and it was sooo nice! the view was insane, waking up to the burj khalifa was like a fairytale. the place was super clean and spacious, like i had room to breathe, lol. plus, the kitchen was stocked with everything i needed to cook, it felt like home. the staff were really chill and helped me out whenever i asked for stuff.

only thing was the internet was kinda spotty, and i wish cleaning was included in the stay.

The pool seemed smaller than my hopes, and waiting for an elevator felt like a scene from a slow-motion movie. 3 to 5 minutes of suspense!

I had a great time. The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, which is important to me as I enjoy cooking. The gym was suitable for my workout routine. I appreciated the nearby supermarket for essentials. One night, we enjoyed the views from the balcony. I did not have any issues, aside from the occasional noise from outside. I stayed in 2024-05-15.

i had an amazing time staying at this place, especially enjoying how close it is to attractions like the tokyo mall and the stunning burj khalifa just a short walk away, which made exploring the area for parks and landmarks super easy and enjoyable.

I had an amazing time! The pool was gorgeous and the gym was well-equipped. The kitchen was stocked perfectly, but I had some issues with room cleanliness upon arrival. Would absolutely stay again!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! ! I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to the supermarket and Dubai Mall. Plus, the two heated pools made for a lovely winter dip!
