The family vibes were on point, and the brekkie had awesome options, especially the waffles! Our room was super lekker and comfy. Shoutout to Alex at the front desk who really went the extra mile to check on us.

The pool area was a bit of a mess with wet towels everywhere—definitely needs a bit of a clean-up!

My stay was great! The hotel offered spacious rooms with modern amenities, and I truly enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast area that had a great variety, including a waffle maker that was a hit. Additionally, the staff was attentive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

The only downside was some minor maintenance disturbances during my stay.

the front desk receptionist was unbelievably rude, and didn’t help when I found a bed bug in my room. the pool was closed too, how thoughtful! i expected to be comped for such a mess but apparently my status means nothing anymore. definitly would have given this a good review, but I just couldn’t with all these issues.

Had a boss stay! Room was dead clean with a flat-screen TV, and the staff were proper friendly. Only downside was the thin walls. heard kids running about. But, overall, sound place for a break!

the digital key made check-in super easy and quick. i wish more towels were available.

There are significant cleanliness issues with dirty sheets and bathrooms!!! The inconsistent room service and confusing pool reservation policies need improvement!!! The management should ensure better odor control in rooms and improve their responsiveness to guest complaints!!!

Incredible experience at this hotel! The staff was beyond helpful, especially RAFFI, who made my stay truly enjoyable. The cozy breakfast area provided a delightful start to the day with a variety of options, and the well-maintained pool was perfect for relaxation at night. My family loved the spacious rooms and charming decor, making it a perfect getaway!

The Executive King Suite was super spacious and comfy, which I loved! The bathroom was beautifully remodeled, and I really appreciated the organized dispensers for toiletries. I did wish breakfast had more variety though, especially since I went down one morning and found just juice left. Still, the large flatscreen TV and modern amenities made for a nice stay!

The hotel was in a great location, with friendly staff greeting me every morning. Breakfast was delicious with fresh waffles and coffee. The lobby always had water available, really nice touch!
