The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was clean and updated. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the staff were kind, calm, and respectful.

The hotel is in a prime location, right on the beach at South Miami. the breathtaking beach views were perfect for our romantic escape. the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel lacked soundproofing, and we could hear noise from the streets and other guests throughout the night. Additionally, the hotel's valet parking was exorbitantly expensive at $25 per night, which added an unexpected cost to our stay.

We arrived early in the morning and Mate kindly offered us a room at no extra charge, allowing us to rest after our long journey. He also accommodated our late check-out due to our evening flight, giving us extra time to explore. Mate's exceptional customer service made our stay truly memorable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the strip and directly across from the beach. The rooms were clean and the price was great. Despite being in the heart of the action, the temperature inside the room was pleasant and we had a comfortable night's sleep. We also appreciated the option of storing our bags at the front desk after checking out. we had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service. the location of the hotel was also excellent, being situated in the heart of South Beach. This allowed me easy access to all the attractions and activities in the area. Lastly, the room itself was modern, new, and relatively quiet, providing a comfortable environment to relax in.

The valet service was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they charge a hefty fee of $35, but they also managed to damage my car and steal some of my belongings.

The rooms are bright, modern, and spacious, with lovely bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with several options to choose from.

It should be noted that the hotel can be noisy at night due to its location in the heart of the party district.

The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered a range of facilities such as a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and beach access. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
