The ocean view from our room was breathtaking and perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with great restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.

The wifi signal in the hotel was not very strong, which was a bit frustrating, especially for teenagers who rely on it. Additionally, the check-in process could have been smoother, as we had to deal with multiple timeshare solicitations in the lobby.

The condo was well stocked and updated, with a spacious room and a modern kitchen. The two pools, one for adults and one for families/kids, provided great options for relaxing and swimming. The sunset view from the condo was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was a plus. The architecture of the property was unique and much bigger than it appeared from the outside. The staff were friendly and the parking was great.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be beat, as it was very close to the breaking waves and just a 10-minute drive from the bustling center of town. The grounds of this complex were absolutely beautiful and well manicured, with a variety of tropical flowers and plants that added to the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and actually gave us welcome gifts upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The room itself was perfect for the two of us, with all the appliances and electronics we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, which, although not fenced, felt very private. The front desk personnel were helpful and accommodating, even letting us borrow their vacuum on our last day to pack our belongings. we had a great time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room at Royal Sea Cliff. We booked a garden view but got an ocean view unit at no extra charge. The spaciousness of the unit was a pleasant surprise, although the bed could have been more comfortable. The property was well-maintained and in a great location. We loved the swimming pools and the beautiful sunsets. The staff was responsive and helpful when we needed anything.

I loved the unique architecture of the hotel, which was much bigger than it appeared from the outside. My room had tile floors, a modern kitchen, and two balconies, making it well-equipped and comfortable. Although the ocean view was only visible from across the parking lot, sitting outside provided an amazing experience with the sounds of birds singing and the crashing waves. The spaciousness of the apartment easily accommodated all six of our luggages.

Unexpectedly Upgraded to an Ocean View Unit

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Royal Sea Cliff Kona by Outrigger and found out we had been upgraded to an ocean view unit. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property was well-maintained, with great swimming pools and beautiful sunsets. We did encounter some bugs, but this is common in tropical areas and can be easily managed by keeping the kitchen clean. The check-in process was smooth and the concierge was helpful. Despite a minor inconvenience with parking pass, we found the location of the hotel to be great. I highly recommend Royal Sea Cliff Kona by Outrigger for a pleasant stay on the Big Island.
