Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, and the staff provided great customer service, especially the bar staff. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with the beach and marina within walking distance.

The lack of a restaurant or snack shop on-site was a downside, as the nearest shop was a bit of a walk away. the female manager's poor handling of a taxi reservation on our last day left a negative impression.

We had a wonderful stay at the Laguna Resort. The villas were spacious and well-equipped, with baby stair gates and a high-quality cot provided for our little one. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of English channels on the TV for relaxing evenings. The resort is a short walk from the marina, and we enjoyed the stroll to dinner each night. We were also delighted to find a bottle of cava and a birthday note for my mum when we returned from the beach. we highly recommend this resort for a family-friendly getaway.

It was a short walk or quick taxi ride to the main marina, making it a convenient base for exploring other cities like Lagos, Tavira, and Faro. We would definitely recommend this place to others. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a delicious breakfast and snacks, and the restaurants at the marina were a short 25-minute walk away. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a lovely balcony. The pool area was also very relaxing, with sun loungers and a poolside bar. The service was top-notch, with daily room cleaning and friendly staff. we had a wonderful experience and would love to come back!

Although the resort is a bit of a walk from the marina, we didn't mind as it gave us a chance to exercise after relaxing by the pool all day. Plus, there is a fantastic restaurant nearby called "A Carpa" where we enjoyed delicious food at a more affordable price than at the marina.

I would have appreciated a welcome basket of essential items such as milk, sugar, bread, and more. While these items were available by calling reception, having them readily provided would have been more convenient.

The daily cleaning services were impressive, and the pool area was a great place to relax throughout the day. the distance to the main city attractions was not too far away, with easy access to walking or taxis.

We also would have appreciated more information about the area on arrival. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a small welcome package with some basic amenities in the apartment upon arrival.
