I stayed at a luxurious and well-maintained hotel with a fantastic hot buffet breakfast, friendly staff, and top-notch amenities. The indoor pool, gym, and jacuzzi were great, and the hotel was conveniently located near everything. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we were upgraded to was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with a grocery store nearby for quick bites. We especially appreciated the shuttle service to the casino, allowing us to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Charles Town. The room was spacious and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to provide a microwave and refrigerator for my husband's medical needs. Parking was also easy and convenient.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more options.

We had a very nice stay at Hampton Inn. The staff was always smiling and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The rooms were comfortable and the heat/ac was not loud. Parking was very convenient with lots of spaces. The amenities in the room, like the coffee pot, were a nice touch.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location couldn't be better - it's very close to everything, including a store and the Race Track. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms with 2 double beds are complete with all the essentials. I also loved the breakfast, which included a banana.
