I stayed at Safari Motor Inn for a few nights and it was perfect for my visit to Joshua Tree. The hotel is small but charming, and it's located right in the heart of downtown. The rooms may be small, but they are clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor garden area, especially in the evening when it lit up with colorful lights. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer. it was a great stay and I would recommend this place to my friends.

For the price, location, cleanliness, and staff, it's excellent. Literally around the corner from JT Nat'l park, gas station, and local restaurants and saloons. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and eager to help with our Joshua Tree experience. Coupons to local restaurants, good showers, comfy bed, and clean.

The location was great, close to the park entrance and excellent restaurants. The hotel also had a convenient retro shower and a quirky garden with interesting artifacts. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Safari Motor Inn truly exceeded my expectations. the moment I entered through the back door, I was mesmerized by the awe-inspiring beauty of the garden. A massive grape vine intertwined throughout the area, and I even discovered a hidden lime tree. What impressed me was that the inn managed to maintain a desert-like atmosphere while also incorporating lush greenery. In the evenings, the soft glow of the lights created a magical ambiance, allowing guests to still appreciate the beautiful night sky. the courtyard just outside the back door was adorable and provided a shaded retreat. the location was perfect, with easy access to Joshua Tree National Park and a selection of fantastic restaurants and charming antique shops nearby.

This cozy little motel just outside of Joshua Tree National Park is perfect for our needs. The friendly proprietor has created a charming cactus garden in the back, and the pool is a great bonus. The room, although small and aging, had all the basic amenities we needed - a comfortable bed, clean shower, toilet. The manager was caring and attentive, providing us with a map of the national park and recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores. Plus, we got discounts at Sam's Indian restaurant and Natural Sisters Cafe.
