We loved the hotel's style and the fact that it had air conditioning. The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Isla de Flores, making it convenient to explore the town. The staff was fantastic and many of them spoke English, which made communication easy. The hotel was safe and had charming decorations throughout. The breakfast menu was varied and the food was delicious. Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean, boasting a modern granite and tile bathroom with a spacious shower. The air conditioning could be adjusted to cool the room to your desired temperature. Additionally, our room had a lovely view of the lake and was away from any street noise. The hotel also had a bellman who helped us with our luggage, making the three-floor walk up to our room a breeze.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location in the center of everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with excellent room service and housekeeping. The free shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance were a great convenience. The rooms were well-appointed with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant and bar on the first floor had delicious food and drinks. The swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at Hotel Isla De Flores for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel was meticulously clean. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was large and comfortable. The airport pick up service was a lifesaver and the rooftop plunge pool was a unique amenity that I thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, situated in the center of the island but away from the noisy "action," providing a peaceful atmosphere in the mornings and nights. an excellent hotel with great amenities and a convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel's beautiful decoration, from the external colors to the outdoor painting, immediately caught our attention. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we checked in, offering us a cool drink after our long journey. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations. The ensuite bathroom was perfect, especially the great shower. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop bar with its perfect view, was the ideal way to end our day. The location in the center of the Isla de Flores was ideal, as it was just one street back from the lake, allowing us to swim and cool off after a day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant and bar had great views and a great vibe, and the breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Additionally, the staff was helpful in organizing a tour to Tikal, providing transport, a guide, and even arranging lunch at the restaurant in Tikal. The room price was reasonable, making it even better.
