We stayed at Sagamore Pendry for our anniversary weekend and were blown away by every detail of our stay. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the valet station, went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful courtyard illuminated by charming Edison lights. Our suite was immaculate and the bathroom was exceptional, with a large tub, two-person shower, and double sink. The balcony offered a great harbor view. The service, cleanliness, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was gorgeous, with a great view and it was very quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is also very secure, with the need for a room key to access the elevators and hallways after a certain hour. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with the room and the rest of the hotel being super clean and well maintained. The bathroom in the suite was exceptional, with a beautiful large tub, two-person shower, double sink, and separate toilet. The service from start to finish was exceptional, with the front desk and valet station going above and beyond.

We got great value for our money with a beautifully converted old factory and amazing building facade. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, and had heated floors in the bathroom. The staff were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool area was fabulous with a stunning view of the harbor. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better was to have a few more options.

The hotel is located in a trendy area, right in the heart of Fells Point. The beautiful architecture and stunning decoration will leave you speechless. You'll be impressed by the fantastic mix of metal, leather, brick, and brick. Additionally, there are several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Some aspects are less than ideal, with the possibility of encountering underlit rooms with poor design, broken amenities, and permanent stains on the countertops.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel provided an amazing experience over the Christmas holidays. the extra large tub in the room was a highlight, allowing for a relaxing and luxurious bath. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. the air conditioning in the room was broken, leading to an uncomfortable rise in temperature.

We had a great time exploring the charming cobblestone streets with plenty of restaurants and shops. the pool area was perfect for adults and the front desk staff was excellent. the breakfast was spectacular with amazing eggs benedict and roasted fingerling potatoes. Plus, they offered a complimentary clock on the night table that could be seen from 2 sides and blackout blinds that made our sleep a real treat.

we had trouble finding a place to sit since our room only had one chair, a dining room type chair. the honor bar took up all the dresser space, and the room service left a poor impression on us.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing, from the friendly check-in to the attentive service by the pool. The pool area itself was fabulous, with stunning views over the harbor and plenty of loungers and cabanas. The hotel's location in the heart of Fells Point meant we had so many great dining and entertainment options within walking distance. The room was beautiful and well-maintained, with a luxurious bathroom and a spacious balcony with a great harbor view. we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return. 100% recommend this hotel.
