the king suite was spacy with beach decor and a super cozy feel. the kitchen was off-limits for guests, which was annoying. parking fills up fast, so get there early if you can. josh was attentive and even replaced our ac unit while we were there!

Sound travels pretty easily, making late nights a bit noisy for light sleepers!!! The parking situation might leave you frustrated during peak season!!! Consider investing in better AC to avoid the night heat!!!

Josh's hospitality really made our stay memorable.

Our King Suite was super cozy and had this cute beach decor vibe going on, which really made us feel relaxed. The location was just a short walk to the beach, so that was awesome. Parking got a bit tight since it was busy, but other than that, we loved it. Josh was attentive and made our stay even better!

Very comfortable stay with super friendly staff. Easy 5-minute walk to the beach. Wish the shower had better storage for toiletries. A great spot overall!

The room was dingy and really needs to be redone!!! The bathroom lacks a proper vent, and the shower has unsightly black caulking!!! More clothing hooks would be helpful, as one inside the bathroom isn't sufficient!!!

Charming location, friendly staff, with excellent beach access that made our stay even more enjoyable, and the outdoor dining area was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy room with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast pastries were a delightful start to our mornings. Don't forget to bring your own device for streaming! Joshua's hospitality made our experience memorable. Remember to bring a sweatshirt for the chilly AC at night.

The location was perfect! ! A short stroll to the beach yet away from all the noise. The outdoor seating area is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring!

The hot water took some time to warm up, and a few more hooks in the bathroom would be super helpful.

He knows all the best local spots to eat. the wrap around porch is great for chillin' and enjoying some fresh air. beach is pretty close, like a easy walk, which was perfect for us. breakfast was simple but tasty, and really hit the spot!

the only downside was that parking can get a bit tight if it's busy season. also, the room got kinda warm at night but we adjusted.
