I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained. the breakfast options were delicious, and I loved having a choice each morning. the location is perfect, just a short walk from restaurants and the waterfront. the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

What a fantastic stay! the rooms were cozy, and having a private patio was perfect for chilling with drinks after a night out. the breakfasts were a delicious highlight, with a great choice each day that really started our mornings off right. Heather and Mike were awesome hosts, super attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. We were able to easily explore the area without needing to drive. The private parking area was also a great bonus. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms, including the private balcony with a pullout sofa, added to the overall comfort and value for money. The breakfast provided was delicious and we appreciated the variety of options available.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hot breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious. highly recommend Samuel Durfee House for a delightful Newport experience.

Our romantic escape was great. We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the room, as well as the delicious breakfast that was included. the location was perfect for exploring the area and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We also appreciated the off-street parking that was available.

The downside was that there was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs to get to our room. the bathroom was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
