I recently stayed at the fabulous School 31 Lofts for a business trip to Rochester. It was my go-to spot and I even recommended it to my colleagues who were attending training there. The location is great, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and they even cleared off the sidewalks from the overnight snow. The building and our room were spectacular, and any request we had was promptly taken care of. We had a wonderful, romantic weekend before our baby is due in July. I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this place for a few nights and I absolutely loved it! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the art district. I enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and watching the dogs play in the park across the street. The rooms and hallways were beautifully decorated, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were so responsive and helpful, keeping in touch with me throughout my stay via text. They even sent detailed directions and personal codes for easy access to the building and my loft. I appreciated the fresh robes and complimentary snacks, it really added to the luxurious experience. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a unique and cool experience staying at this place. The woodwork and decor were amazing, and the vaulted ceilings added a nice touch. The spacious loft was heated up nicely despite the winter weather. The vintage/antique details in the decor were impressive. The concierge was great, and we loved the self check-in. The location was great and there was ample parking. Safety was a priority as the outside of the building was well-lit. Streaming services and Wi-Fi were stable and included.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the service was efficient. The complementary breakfast had delicious croissants, and the smart TV and wall mounts added an extra level of comfort to the stay. The staff was helpful and kind, and the snow was cleared from the sidewalks in the morning.

The curtains could use some improvement as they didn't block out all the light in the morning.

The amenities were great, especially the technology and the daily housekeeping service. The staff was also very helpful, keeping in touch throughout my stay and providing detailed directions and codes for entry. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. For one, there were a few missing staples in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper and paper towels, which would have been nice to have.

We loved the grandeur of the space and building, with its beautiful original wood floors and restored details from the original classroom. The penthouse room was beyond amazing, spacious and tastefully appointed. The modern facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a drop-down movie screen, were a fantastic addition. The comfy king bed and well-chosen toiletries made our stay even more enjoyable. The hostess was warm and welcoming, and the quiet and artsy neighborhood had access to excellent restaurants.
