Request extra towels in advance. the bathrooms might not have enough for a group, and having them ready made our stay much more comfortable.

the stay was unforgettably mediocre. the air conditioning unit was obnoxiously loud, only a single one in the rooms. after all that I expected at least a small upgrade, but here I was without any complimentary goodies. wouldn't it have been neighborly to offer a little extra? a real shame, I woudl ve been pleased to submit a glowing review otherwise.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioner in my room was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures were outdated. the shower knobs didn't function properly and the toilet lid was held together with tape. I expected more for the price I paid.

The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming! Meg, the manager, truly makes you feel like family, and the charming surf-themed decor captures the essence of Old Florida.

If you're looking for high-end amenities, you might be disappointed! There's a certain quaintness to this older establishment that may not suit everyone's taste.

I spent two nights in a quaint retreat close to the beach. The efficient layout was clean and cool. My bed made for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed coffee on the large roof deck, taking in the surroundings. The atmosphere reminded me of family trips from my childhood. I appreciated the charming decor. The hospitality from the staff fostered a welcoming environment. Overall, a pleasant place that suited my relaxing getaway needs.

This is a charming and quaint spot! The staff's warm hospitality truly stands out, especially with the sweet gesture of a turtle towel for our celebration. The beach is just a short stroll away, making it a perfect getaway!

Staying at this charming surf lodge with our grown kids was a blast! We loved the vintage feel and the proximity to the beach. We made great use of the full kitchen. Meg even helped us find some fun kayaking nearby for a family adventure!

My wife says that larger bath towels would be nice.

Stayed in a studio that was pretty spacious. The full kitchen was great for snacking, but the bathroom was super tiny, which made it hard to find space for all my stuff. Water pressure was weak, so showering took longer than I'd like. At night, those security lights outside were bright, and the mini blinds didn’t help—definitely needed an eye mask for some decent sleep.

Great beach access in a peaceful neighborhood there’s a lovely sun terrace and a clean pool too. The staff are genuinely welcoming and helpful they even made special accommodations for us when needed.

The bathroom could use a little updating and more thorough cleaning would be appreciated but the charm of the place makes it worthwhile.
