I had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn. The room was very nice and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast variety was excellent, and the front desk staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. It was one of the best values I've had in a long time!

The hotel is situated in a great location, really close to the Walmart plaza and I20, making everything accessible and convenient. The staff was really attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were updated with new furniture and the basic amenities provided were really helpful. Plus, the breakfast included was good value for money.

There were also several stores and restaurants nearby, which was convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay.

We found that the front desk was often unattended, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Additionally, the phone at the front desk went unanswered numerous times, which was frustrating.

We were those taking off early and found the facilities and amenities at the hotel to be perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jemia at the front desk, who went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and accommodating, and the breakfast variety was excellent. this was one of the best values for our money in a long time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the racetrack where our business meeting was held. Additionally, it was very convenient to have restaurants and shopping options nearby. Being located in the Pell City area and close to the Walmart plaza was a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even providing us with toothpaste when we left ours at home. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it had a pleasant smell. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hot shower was a refreshing way to start the day.

They were very helpful in changing my room when there was an issue with the previous guest's perfume. The front desk clerk was invaluable in helping me find a repair shop for my car and even arranged a late checkout for me. One guest reported an overpowering smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking rooms due to the proximity of smoking rooms.
