The hotel staff were amazing and always helpful. the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent as well. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to various restaurants and entertainment venues. the pool area was a highlight, with different sections to suit everyone's preferences. the pool offered a great view and was a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

the construction around the hotel was inconvenient and noisy. the inconvenience of having restricted areas and encountering construction workers impacted the overall experience.

The pool was amazing, with a great outdoor bar. My room was spacious and clean. Although there was construction going on, the staff moved me to a quieter room and gave me a $50 credit as an apology. a good choice for a stay at Hard Rock Hotel.

We got great value for our money at the Hard Rock Hotel. The room was beautiful and had comfortable beds. The location was convenient and we enjoyed the nearby Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The staff, especially Christina at the front desk, were extremely helpful and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. The pool was amazing and the food choices around the pool were excellent. a fantastic stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, with something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which had a relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. The staff in general were amazing, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the location in the older south tower was convenient and the parking was easy to access. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

Located away from the casinos in AC that I have been going to for the past 25 years, this Hotel in the Guitar tower was a change of scenery and a welcomed surprise. Although we were late to events, the excellent service and clean rooms with beautiful bathrooms made for a great stay. The on-site restaurant provided excellent breakfast and the pool area was one of the nicest looking features.

The casino could improve by providing a larger non-smoking area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is located in an open area just off the turnpike, making it very convenient for us. The facilities were great, with a diversity of restaurants on the property and a spa and pool area that were both well-maintained and luxurious. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with 24-hour room service and a range of other amenities available to us.

Although there were a few minor issues with the room, the staff was quick to address them and offer us a solution. They even honored our request for a late checkout so we could take advantage of the beautiful pool area for a few more hours.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely stunning! the décor was beautiful and everything was in pristine condition. I especially loved the feature where the lights in the bathroom would automatically come on at night, it made it so much easier to navigate. the gym was also impressive, with new equipment and everything you need for a good workout. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

One thing I didn't like about this hotel was the wait time to get our reserved room. We had to wait for four hours after our designated check-in time, which was unacceptable.

Couldn't stay longer.

The room was amazing! the beds were super comfy and all the furnishings were high-end. the bathroom had a fantastic soaking tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the toiletries provided were of great quality as well.

There were some downsides during my stay. I was disappointed to find out that the entire entertainment promenade was closed for renovations.

This hotel is worth every penny. The staff provides top-notch service and the basic amenities are in great condition. The bathroom was stunning with a great view of the construction. Also, breakfast at EGG is a must-try. I would definitely recommend staying here for its convenient location just off Florida's Turnpike.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was attentive and provided excellent room service. Additionally, the hotel had a wide range of facilities including a spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The entertainment options were also impressive, with a night club and live performances. the service and amenities at this hotel made my stay memorable and enjoyable.
