The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to downtown and a cool mini convenience store nearby. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had a lovely kitchen with everything you need for a stay. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space.

The staff could have been more welcoming and the lobby had an overpowering smell.

my recent stay at the apartment was simply amazing. it exceeded my expectations in every way. the studio was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. the check-in process was contactless and seamless. the common space on the fourth floor was a fantastic bonus, perfect for working. i definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Thin walls

It was so convenient to check-in as I could do it on a computer and even make my own key. the best part was feeling like I was part of a community, even though I was only there for a short time. Plus, everything I needed was within 500 feet - coffee, food, groceries, and public transit. the location was perfect for exploring downtown and visiting attractions like the Shedd Aquarium. the room was spotlessly clean and having a private kitchen and washing machine was a huge plus.

I stayed at Sentral Michigan Avenue for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The studio room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The complete kitchen set allowed us to cook our meals, and there was even a laundry so we could wash our clothes before leaving. The location was great, with restaurants and shops nearby, and we were able to walk to downtown and the metro station. a fabulous stay with helpful staff and amazing amenities.

Loved the ease of check-in, convenient location to Grant Park, and great view of the park. The 7th-floor spa area was perfect for relaxing. Comfiest bed ever for a fussy sleeper. Best spot for the Chicago Marathon!

We had a fantastic stay at Sentral Michigan Avenue Aparthotel! Check-in was a breeze with the self-check-in quiosk, and the location was ideal. We could easily walk or take the bus to all the places we wanted to visit. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the pool, which had no closing time, allowing us to make the most of it. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, just as advertised. The hot tub and game room were exactly what we were hoping for. we were very pleased with our accommodations and the convenient location.

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful park. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions within walking distance. the apartment itself was well-appointed and felt like a cozy home away from home.

There was a minor issue with the kitchen faucet not working, but the staff quickly acknowledged and addressed the problem. the price for the studio apartment was a bit on the higher side, but considering the value and amenities offered, it was worth it.

The only thing I would ask for to make it a better vacation for senior people is a greater variety of activities specifically tailored for our age group. The children of the staff were polite, but it would have been nice to have activities or amenities that catered to our interests and needs.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to Grant Park, METRA station, and Lake Michigan. Modern, spacious studio with a view of Grant Park. Well-equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. Excellent amenities including a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Friendly and competent staff.

We stayed at Sentral for 4 nights for a downtown event. The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The studio apartment had a full kitchen with a gas range, allowing us to cook during our stay. The bathroom was spacious and the views from the 14th floor were nice. Check-in was contactless and the studio was spotless. The highlight was the common space on the fourth floor, which had free wifi, meeting rooms, and quiet pods for work. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The Sentral Michigan Ave. site offers stunning views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline, making it a perfect choice for couples seeking a romantic getaway. The studio apartment we stayed in was beautifully designed and had all the necessary amenities. The common space and pool in the building were a great addition to our stay. The location was ideal, as it was close to the Art Institute and parks we wanted to visit.
