Stayed at this hotel for a few days and it was fantastic. The entrance had a modern feel and the staff, especially Erick and Chris, were super friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to Borough Market and Spitalfields. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was even a sofa bed that folded out into two single beds. a perfect stay with excellent service. Will definitely be returning.

The staff at Wilde Aparthotels were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They arranged a taxi for us during a transportation strike and provided refreshments while we waited. The room was clean and despite not being very spacious, it never felt cramped. The hotel even left us some goodies and the view from the room was beautiful. The location was convenient, with Aldgate station nearby and easy access to popular tourist spots.

The room was very clean and had a modern design with little touches that made it feel more luxurious. the coffee machine was a great addition! the staff were all very friendly and helpful, providing us with information on the nearby tube station which was only a short walk away.

We found it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room and struggled to get a good night's sleep because of this issue. despite the room information stating there would be milk in the fridge, we found there was none.

During our stay at Wilde Aparthotels, we had a small issue with the online check-in system. On multiple attempts, we received an error code and couldn't complete the process. Thankfully, the staff member at the front desk was understanding and helpful. He guided us through the check-in on an iPad and processed our payment smoothly. Even though there was a slight inconvenience, the staff's willingness to assist made a positive impression.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the city centre. It is within walking distance of some great attractions and is quite close to the subway station. the hotel is conveniently located near the Aldgate East tube station and the bus No 15 stops that go straight to Trafalgar Square.

The only negative aspect of the hotel is that the beds are a little hard, which may not be as comfortable for some people.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern and clean facilities, the cozy apartment, and the exceptional staff who were always ready to help. The proximity to the Tower, bus, and subway stations was convenient. The Irish vibe and attention to detail in the room, including the warm Irish wool sheets, chocolates, pottery, and Oscar Wilde books. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast, though minimalistic, was of high quality. it felt like a home away from home.
