The location of the hotel was ideal, close to key attractions and within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist with any requests. The complimentary coffee in the morning was a nice touch, giving me the perfect start to my day.

One of the drawbacks was the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which would have been more convenient. Additionally, the hotel seemed a bit worn and could benefit from some refurbishment to improve the overall atmosphere and appearance.
