The Italian restaurant was outstanding – the best meal we had during our stay. The animation team was also great, always making sure everyone was having fun. we highly recommend Novotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a fantastic 18-day family vacation at Novotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a nice view. The staff, from reception to the animation team, were friendly, cooperative, and hardworking. The hotel had excellent cleanliness, well-maintained pools, and a variety of delicious meals in the kitchen. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of the reception staff, especially Mr Aymar. We can't wait to come back next year!

Staying here next to the stunning beach is just perfect. I can look out at the sea from my balcony and listen to the waves right up to the shoreline. The service is amazing, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast spread is mouthwatering. Guests can also enjoy a range of facilities including the pools and the safari team.

The internet signal could use some improvement, as it is not strong enough throughout the hotel.

We had a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fully met our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding with a full body massage that left us feeling pampered. The outdoor swimming pool was also excellent with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The bar/lounge area was a perfect place to relax while enjoying the specialty cocktails.

The only minor issue was the sauna which was not heated properly. However, the other facilities more than made up for it.

Had an amazing Easter break! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the different daily activities and the animator was super fun and friendly. We also loved the warm swimming pool and the spa, where we received amazing treatments. Plus, we were surprised with two complementary facts that we thoroughly enjoyed! The hotel is in a great location and we had beautiful views.

The only downside we experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which was slow at times and not always working properly. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and cannot wait to come back!

Great location near Port Ghalib. Delicious and well-prepared food, although lacking variety. Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses. Helpful and welcoming staff, providing quick housekeeping and maintenance service. Amazing views from the terrace and good facilities including seaside attractions and animation team.
