Great deal in a wonderful location! Comfy bed, super, friendly staff, and a great location! the hotel is situated in a quiet area with a few restaurants within walking distance. One of them even serves a fantastic breakfast! It's also conveniently close to the road to the stunning Mt. Shasta. the lodge and restaurant on, site are welcoming and offer a variety of delicious dishes and drinks. the bagged breakfast provided was generous and convenient. the beds were comfortable, with nice bedding that made for a restful sleep.

The continental breakfast could use some improvement. It mainly consisted of waffles and fruit, and I was hoping for more variety like eggs and bacon.

I always return to Shasta Inn. The friendly staff suggested a great place for delicious food. The amenities suit me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, bar/lounge, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'm coming back this weekend for sure.

The decorations in the hotel were simply charming, evoking a cozy lodge atmosphere that reminded me of a beloved family cabin. The general areas of the hotel, like the terrace and the garden, were easily accessible for senior folks like myself, providing stunning views and a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mount Shasta.

Perhaps some additional handrails or assistance for the children of the staff in helping senior guests navigate the stairs could make the vacation even better for senior people.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of several restaurants. The accommodations were decent, nothing too fancy but it served its purpose. The room was clean, although there was some dog hair in what appeared to be a previous pet-friendly room. The bathroom was satisfactory, and the service was friendly and efficient. We didn't stay for breakfast but heard it was included in the fair price. it was a convenient place to stay while exploring the nearby National Parks.

There seemed to be some maintenance issues, as there were reports of lights not working and a buzzing A/C.
