As young people, we loved the large and spacious rooms at the Sheraton. The front desk staff was outstanding and accommodating in every way. We arrived early, but they had a room available for us. The shuttle service was easily scheduled and very convenient for exploring the local area. The breakfast in the 5th floor lounge was delicious, with hot eggs and a variety of options. The staff was also very accommodating in providing extra pillows and a roll-out bed for our son with a disability. The bed was comfy, the sheets were great, and we enjoyed the nice view from our window. the Sheraton provided a fantastic experience for us.

We felt special during our stay and have no complaints about the Sheraton Chicago Northbrook.

We were in town for a funeral and the front desk staff at Sheraton Chicago Northbrook were incredibly kind and friendly to me and my family. They made our difficult visit just a little more pleasant. The hotel itself was clean and the guestrooms were spacious. Although the restaurant had limited wait staff on Monday morning, the breakfast on weekends was quick due to fewer guests. we had a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel.

Lastly, the hotel seemed to be in the process of remodeling, which I appreciated. the current room rates were also quite reasonable, which was a definite bonus.

One major downside was the lack of housekeeping during my stay. On two separate nights, housekeeping did not visit my room at all, leaving the beds unmade and the toiletries not replenished.
