Great location and awesome staff

Loved the spot, super close to the Glass Museum and Market St the staff was friendly and super quick to help with a TV issue, which was awesome! The room was nice and the hotel was really clean. Breakfast was good, though it would be nice if it was included. Just a heads up—room cleanliness could be better.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Corning for a quick birthday getaway to visit Watkins Glen State Park and the Corning Museum of Glass. The hotel was lovely, with nicely decorated rooms and all the necessary appliances in great condition. The location was excellent, right next to the museum and within walking distance of restaurants and shops on Market Street. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I enjoyed a beautiful view of the river from my spacious room.

Would recommend this hotel.

Contemporary design, with sliding bathroom door and ample storage space. the steam shower was fabulous! the lighting options were great, and the side bench next to the TV was a convenient touch. the hotel provided plenty of towels and hand towels, and having a microwave and fridge in the room was a bonus. the staff was amazing, especially Ellie who made us feel incredibly welcomed. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the glass museum and great restaurants. the heated pool was also a nice touch.

The pillows provided were extremely thin and uncomfortable, so we had to purchase our own. the walls were thin, and we could hear every noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The contemporary design of the hotel was impressive. The sliding door to the bathroom, along with the several shelves and drawers for storage, made the room practical and functional. The steam shower was a delightful surprise, and the lighting options throughout the room were fantastic. The towels and amenities provided were plentiful, and having a microwave, fridge, and Keurig in the room was convenient. The lobby area was welcoming, with options to purchase snacks and beverages. The staff, especially Ellie, was exceptionally friendly and made us feel valued. The ample parking and well-lit surroundings added to the positive experience.

Additionally, there were some maintenance issues, such as a clogged shower and a lack of warning about early morning horns.

The hotel offers free parking and it's conveniently located near the glass museum. I appreciated that they addressed my complaints about the uncomfortable bed promptly. The lobby is stylish and the staff warm and helpful. I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden.

Amazing location, easy walk to CMoG. Welcoming lobby, comfortable rooms. Fun lobby bar and outdoor fire pit. Great value.

The hotel is situated in a vibrant area, which offers a wide range of options to indulge in some local cuisine at the quaint shops and good-quality restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. The museum is nearby and easily accessible. Rooms are well-maintained with great lighting in the bathroom and a modern TV. The accommodating staff is always available to cater to guests' needs. The lounge area with a firepit offers a relaxing spot for a drink.

There may be some noise disturbances during the night.

Everything is what I need and want.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the glass museum and other attractions in the area, all within walking distance. The modern and spacious rooms were a delight, and the staff, especially Ellie at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Free parking nearby was a bonus. The lobby, bar, and outdoor seating areas were tastefully designed and enjoyable to relax in. I also appreciated the small snack/store area offering reasonably priced late-night munchies.
