I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Eatontown for a business trip. The check-in process was smooth and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I also appreciated the well-equipped fitness center, which had plenty of high-quality equipment. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Sheraton.

The room rates offered for the block were the most reasonable in the area. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, always available to answer questions and provide updates. The hotel amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pool, were clean and well-maintained.

Some of the staff members provided poor customer service, particularly one employee named Kyra. The air conditioning in the rooms was not functioning properly and the issue was not resolved efficiently.
