If you like good food, comfy beds, and getting lost in a crowd of airplanes, this place has got you covered. I upgraded to a suite for the fancy lounge access and felt like a VIP. The gym was nice, but I spent most of my time at the pool, pretending I was on a tropical island instead of watching planes take off. The whole place was a corporate circus, but hey, at least the pillow menu was cool. Gotta love a good pillow menu, right?

The hotel is super close to the airport car rentals, making it so convenient for us coming in from Australia. We got into our room early after the long flight, which was a relief. The rooms were neat, and the staff was really nice, plus the gift shop had some cute stuff. The airport nearby can get a bit loud at times, but nothing that bothered us too much. All in all, a solid spot for an airport stay! 🌟

The view of planes taking off from LAX right from my room was quite a sight! The modern fitness center was a great spot to stay active during my travels. The poolside restaurant offered a diverse dining experience, and the bar was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi access made staying connected a breeze.

I experienced repeated issues with my room key, which became quite frustrating, especially with a lame leg.

The Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel was conveniently close to the airport, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The shared platter at the bar restaurant was a hit for me and my daughter. The pool was a relaxing spot, ideal before heading out to nearby landmarks like the Theme Building or the Flight Path Learning Center, enhancing family time.

Great location, full facilities, and a Starbucks branch in the lobby make the Gateway an excellent choice. Professional, helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms enhance the stay experience.

sheraton was always clean - the location is excellent for stays at lax. the 24-hour shuttle to the airport was convenient. got upgraded to a suite. staff was helpful with parking the rv.

Big, fluffy bed, spacious living room, and love the rotating TV overlooking the pool at Sheraton. Excellent staff, top-notch facilities including fitness room, pool, restaurant, and Starbucks on-site. Very supportive and helpful during a sudden check-out due to a bereavement. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

very comfortable hotel with friendly professional staff. hotel looks trendy and with nice clean rooms and a cool bar/dining area and nice pool area. very good value for money. well located to LAX. we caught the shuttle to the hotel but walked the next day to airport which was an easy fast 20 ms walk on straight, flat pavement. as sheraton member we were given a 2pm checkout. easy access to santa monica beach a $25usd uber ride away. restaurants and swimming pool on site which we didn't get to use. comfortable bed. nice size room. big window with expansive view. staff were exceptional for check in and out. fitness center is very good for a hotel. nice bar area. we were only there for the day, the staff were fantastic, sara at the front desk upgraded us to a lovely room. went for a couple of drinks at the bar and jose was great. beds are to die for so comfy!

our stay at sheraton was simply amazing! the rooms were spacious and cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. we loved the added convenience of the free airport shuttle and having a starbucks in the lobby. the food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing exceptional service. the on-site facilities like the fitness room, pool, and restaurant made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommended!
