The hotel was very updated and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process easy. the location was also convenient, with easily accessible parking.

The pillows in the room were extremely soft and lacking support. It would have been much better to have firmer pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

Luxurious feel, welcoming pet policy, clean rooms and pool, great location for dining and entertainment.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that our room was kept clean throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which looked like a lot of fun for families with kids. I recently stayed at a hotel in Georgetown for one night on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel was big and clean. We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with a first-floor restaurant right next to several miles of bike trails. The bar in the North Austin area was also just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering room service, dry cleaning, and wake-up service. The room itself was well-appointed with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, and the in-room safe gave us peace of mind. The amenities, such as the garden furniture and hair dryer, were top-notch. The television and alarm clock were modern and easy to use, and the carpeted floors added a touch of comfort. The dining restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax. The picnic area and tables added an extra touch of convenience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and sun terrace, provided ample opportunities for relaxation. Stayed at Sheraton Austin Georgetown for a wedding. In a great location, with a cute restaurant/bar within walking distance. Staff was friendly, welcoming our dogs. Room was spotless, with classy decor. Daily room cleaning, and front desk recommended a delicious restaurant. Best hotel ever stayed in, highly recommend.
