We had a fantastic stay at Altis. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the train station and metro. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the city. The rooftop bar was a delight, offering stunning views and delicious cocktails. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Altis for a memorable stay in Lisbon.

Great location at Restauradores Metro station, easy access to airport. Wonderful views from balcony rooms on 6th floor. Friendly staff who were responsive to needs and provided extra complimentary items like pastries and port. Well-equipped rooms with Nespresso machines and wide range of toiletries. Delicious breakfast buffet on 7th floor terrace with stunning city views.

Very close to the metro: The hotel was just steps away from the metro station, making transportation a breeze. Staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the nightlife and shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view. The staff, especially Isabel who received us with an exquisite smile, were attentive and helpful. We also appreciated the public parking being very close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

That the beds were not super comfy, and we experienced some neck pain after sleeping on them.

Altis Avenida Hotel provided an unforgettable experience. the central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions and transportation. the friendly and professional staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. the highlight was the rooftop breakfast with stunning views over the city, which could also be enjoyed at the gastrobar. the buffet was delicious, and the wait staff provided top-notch service. I especially enjoyed being a guest during the exciting soccer championship!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. the rooms and hotel itself looked even better in person than in the pictures. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our 6-night stay. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions Lisbon has to offer.

The value for money was great! The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable, making it hard to leave. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, the train station, and the shopping district. The staff treated me like a VIP, even surprising me with a bottle of champagne and cake for my birthday!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering more variety and options.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to all the must-see attractions. The staff can't do enough for you and are always willing to help, with a warm welcome and excellent service. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with an amazing view of the bustling city.

I recently stayed at Altis for a quick overnight stay and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff, especially Nuno, Milton, and Catarina, were exceptional. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The rooftop restaurant offered a marvelous breakfast with beautiful city views. The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby dining options. I've stayed at many nice hotels, but the service here was the best I've ever experienced. Can't recommend enough.
