Our stay at the Sheraton was great value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a super comfy mattress. The location being attached to the airport was convenient, and the staff treated us wonderfully, especially the bellman who helped us with our bags all the way to the check-in counter.

As longer-term business travelers, we were pleased with the Sheraton Hartford Hotel At Bradley Airport. The hotel was conveniently located right at the airport, saving us from having to take a shuttle, and the rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. The beds were comfortable with the perfect soft/hard ratio, and the sheets were soft and cozy. We appreciated the large and airy room, which made our stay more comfortable. The front desk staff was cheerful and funny, even during our late check-in with our whiny kids. The highlight of our stay was the bellhop who helped us at 4 AM. He came to our room and assisted us in taking all our bags to the airport baggage check. He has helped us out twice now and goes above and beyond to make our early starts with young kids easier. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, despite the nerve-wracking fire alarm going off. the Sheraton Hartford Hotel At Bradley Airport provided a great experience for us.
