Our family had a fantastic stay at Wingate! We were visiting the Universal theme parks and the hotel's location was perfect, with a free shuttle service to all the major attractions. The spacious room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The highlight for our kids was the delicious breakfast, especially the opportunity to make their own waffles with the dual waffle makers. The variety of options offered was impressive, and the 24-hour coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. IHOP next door was a convenient dining option as well.

It was also conveniently located near Universal Studios, as well as Publix and Walmart for any shopping needs. There were plenty of dining options nearby as well. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities like a small fridge, coffee machine, and safe, making my stay comfortable.

The breakfast provided at this hotel was decent but could have had a better variety of options. It consisted mainly of carbs, such as waffles, pancakes, muffins, and toast, with limited protein choices.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained with fresh towels provided. The location is perfect, as it is close to Universal and other theme parks, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area.

One small area of improvement could be the breakfast selection. It would have been nice to have more items served, maybe some fresh fruit instead of just apples.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and respectful the other guests were. Having laundry facilities on site was a great convenience. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. The hotel's location was perfect, with attractions nearby and even an iHop right next door. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future vacations. Highly recommend staying here!
