Michelle, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and even helped me extend my stay. The level of attentiveness and professionalism demonstrated by the staff was truly commendable. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their guests.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptionally satisfying. No improvements necessary.

The ability to do a free load of laundry was a major plus. this newer facility provided excellent value for the cost.

They were engaging, helpful, and made us feel like valued guests. the staff at Four Points By Sheraton Houston West made our stay enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast is a bit pricey, at $20 per person for a buffet that's on par with regular complimentary hotel breakfasts.
