The Club King room was very comfortable and clean, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. Access to the Club lounge with free snacks and drinks was a nice perk, and the hotel's dog-friendly policy with outdoor dining for pets made our stay even better. My husband and I were in town for a concert and stayed at Sheraton. The front desk hostess Crystal was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. She provided the best customer service we have ever experienced! Todd, the bartender, was just as amazing. He greeted us with a smile and served us with the utmost care. The room was clean and comfortable, and the parking was convenient. We also enjoyed the clean pool with perfect water temperature. We'll definitely be returning to this location soon!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jacksonville for a few nights. The purpose of my stay was to visit my ill family. The hotel was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was kept clean. The location was excellent, with restaurants just minutes away. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially the young lady who assisted us in finding food options after a concert. She even printed out directions for us. The breakfast staff was also attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the needs of all guests were met. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Free coffee and tea were provided in the morning at the front desk. a fantastic experience and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I loved staying at this venue! It's perfect for me as it's located close to the mall and events in the growing surrounding area. They even provide a shuttle service to local areas which I was happy to see. The staff here provided exceptional service, including prompt and attentive room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Also, they offer tours and ticket assistance which is very thoughtful of them. The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities including a refrigerator, TV, and even a sitting area. The staff's service was top-notch!

The staff at this hotel are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They even personalized a gift for me and it was the most thoughtful gesture I've ever received. the rooms are beautiful and made me feel like a celebrity. the location is perfect, with easy access to banks and the St John Town Centre. Plus, it's just a short drive to the beaches.

The housekeeping could be more thorough, as I noticed smudge marks on the glass door and mirrors throughout my stay. There were also a couple of instances where my room was left unmade, which was a bit frustrating.
