Great vibes for a business stay. Staff was friendly and valet service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The location is fantastic, with easy access to key attractions. Loved the room and its amenities.

Service from valet, front desk, and housekeeping was lacking, with staff constantly on their phones and not acknowledging guests. Checkout process was particularly frustrating, with no assistance offered for luggage and a complete lack of professionalism.

Great breakfast with avocado toast and specialty coffee. Convenient location near Vanderbilt campus and restaurants. Clean room and lobby. Nice staff. Good security. Modern room with glassed-in stand-up shower. Plenty of outlets and USB charging. Paul Mitchell products. Easy valet service. Hotel appears to be undergoing a "soft" exterior renovation but hardly noticed. Nice pool and great amenities in the area.

Felt truly spoilt, nothing to complain about.

The location of this hotel is great - within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The shuttle service was also very convenient for getting around. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the free wifi was a nice bonus.

The valet parking was quite expensive, and the shuttle service on weekends could be quite busy and have long wait times. The bathroom handle in the tub was broken and took a while to be fixed, which was an inconvenience.

My stay at Courtyard in Vanderbilt West End was fantastic! I stayed for a few days for a fun weekend getaway. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious avocado toast and specialty coffee. The room I had, although it wasn't the balcony room I reserved, was comfortable and had a nice TV with Netflix. The highlight of my trip was De'Aunte, who checked me in and gave great restaurant recommendations. The hotel staff, from valet to front desk, was friendly and made me feel very welcome. The location was convenient, with cute restaurants and taverns nearby.

100% Recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience with billing. Charged $35 a day for valet even though we did not have a car.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the amenities they provided. The location was also very convenient, with downtown just a short drive away and various attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities in the room were in very neat condition. I particularly loved the glassed-in stand-up shower, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast included was delicious and made to order, ensuring a satisfying start to my day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.
