Had a fab time in a Queen Room with Balcony. Loved the comfy beds and the spacious room! Air conditioning worked great, and the balcony was nice for chilling. The gym and outdoor pool with sun loungers were awesome for relaxation. Bathroom had good hot showers and clean towels. Super close to great restaurants too!

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for quick visits to Music Row and Bridgestone Arena. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and comfortable rooms. If you're into exploring, there are nice hiking trails in the area too. Just a heads up, the market in the lobby is on the pricey side, and breakfast isn't included.

One downside was the extra fees we didn't see coming, like the $53 parking charge. It kind of put a damper on our budget for the trip.

I visited with friends for a fun weekend getaway, and we were thrilled with the adjoining rooms. The spaciousness was perfect for our group, and it felt really clean and modern. Also, being just a short walk to Music Row and plenty of attractions was a big plus for us. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend it to other traveling groups.

The hotel was super modern , had a nice smell in the lobby , and my room was very clean. The shower had tea tree oil shampoo , which was a nice touch. Loved the plugs in the nightstand!

Mandatory valet parking fee of $42 is outrageous!!! Inconsistent communication about policies is frustrating, especially regarding checkout procedures!!! Slow and inefficient elevator services can ruin your day!!! Musty odors in some rooms need to be addressed!!!

We enjoyed easy access to attractions like Music Row and Bridgestone Arena, and my nephew loved exploring the nearby hiking trails. The bistro offered a nice atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings, and the staff were always accommodating and friendly. Very clean room.

My kids wished there were more options for the pool area.

Had a great time with friends! Easy access to attractions like Music Row and the Grand Ole Opry. We enjoyed the outdoor space at the hotel and found it perfect for hanging out. One issue we ran into was with pending credit card transactions that lingered for longer than expected, which caused some frustration.

The room was clean and spacious, which made it super comfy for our stay. The beds were really nice, and I loved having multiple outlets to charge my devices. But, the noise from West End Ave was a bit much at times, felt like a racetrack outside. Having Hattie B's right across the street was a bonus! Just wish the noise insulation was better.
