I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The customer service was absolutely top notch. The staff were friendly and informative, always willing to assist with any requests I had. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool. The staff even allowed me to stay a few extra minutes past closing time so I could collect my belongings without feeling rushed. The shuttle service was a wonderful surprise, making it easy to explore downtown without the hassle of finding parking. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, close to romantic restaurants and near a beautiful running trail along the lake.

In the evening, I enjoyed relaxing by the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained. The room itself was amazing, with new furniture and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a nice view of a nearby lake.

The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning always available. I loved all the amenities here, like the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance - really made my stay easy and hassle-free. The room was amazing and had everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a sitting area. The television had great channels and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
