The hotel had excellent housekeeping and a beautiful outdoor area. However, the thin walls allowed me to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, disrupting my sleep. Dining options nearby were a plus.

When I checked in, the blinds in my room wouldn't close, allowing outsiders to see in!!! The pool has been broken more than once during my stays, leaving me disappointed!!! The towels were lacking, and I had to buy my own!!!

the walls here are as thin as my patience, I could hear every loud conversation in the hallway. Also, who thought a room without a shower door was a good idea? I nearly froze after every shower. i almost gave you a good review until I realized I didn’t even get a welcome gift for my stay.

Had a super nice stay! The King Suite was huge and accessible. It had a microwave, mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Fitness center was cool, and the indoor pool was relaxing. Staff was amazing, especially Makalia in the A.M. shift. Everything felt new and clean, highly recommend it!

The suite I had was cozy and clean, just what I needed. My sister and I had some great bonding time despite the issues, especially when we discovered the fun of making our own cocktails at the bar, it lightened the mood even more.
