We were pleasantly surprised with the Sheraton's Club access. The private top floor dining room offered complimentary cocktails and breakfast. It made our stay feel extra special and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast options. Estefania provided exceptional service and checked on us during our stay. The hotel's bar area was also nice and popular.

I got amazing value for my money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with spacious rooms and a super comfortable bed. The location was great too, with easy access to everything I needed. The best part was the staff, who treated me like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and near the sidewalk for easy access from the parking lot. The clean room and comfortable bed were a plus, as well as the attentive staff during breakfast. The pool was also clean and pleasant.

The poor housekeeping and slow service were big let-downs during our stay. The bedskirt and bedsheets weren't clean, and it took hours to receive clean towels and pillows.

We really liked the fact that the hotel had a pool and a restaurant/bar. It was nice to be able to relax and have a swim after a long day of exploring. The location was also great, as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't have to travel far to find something to eat or do some shopping. Recently stayed at Sheraton in McKinney for a week-long visit to relatives. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space for luggage. The staff was professional, going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience, even helping with a surprise proposal. The hotel's location near a grocery store, strip mall, and gas station was convenient. Free parking was a bonus. a top-notch stay.
