I recently stayed at Sheraton and enjoyed the convenience of its location for my Norfolk Spirit cruise. The comfortable bed and balcony with a view of the river were amazing. I loved watching the ships and boats go by, especially with perfect weather. The adjacent Riverwalk with bars and restaurants was a great addition. I highly recommend this property for its location, view, and amenities.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the waterfront with a balcony view of the river. I loved watching the ships and boats go by all night. The weather was great, so being on the balcony was a nice bonus. The hotel was also conveniently located near restaurants, the fitness center, and local events.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Norfolk for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the mall and with a beautiful view of the river. The shower in my room was great and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing. Any issues I had were handled promptly and I was even given a 10% discount at check out. The staff were incredibly hospitable and even graciously bumped me up to the penthouse floor, where I enjoyed the private lounge club lounge. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and top-notch amenities.

The view from our room was breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. We could see the beautiful city lights and the river sparkling at night. the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep during our holiday stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the area and easily find places to eat and shop.

The rates for the room were quite high, and we were disappointed that breakfast was not included. It would have been nice to start our day with a complimentary meal.

This hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to McArthur mall, the Portsmouth ferry, the Waterside area, and everything one would need. The location is perfect, close to downtown and a shopping mall. The river view includes warships and the WWII battleship Wisconsin. The breakfast is excellent with outstanding service. The staff is professional and friendly, especially at the front desk. The hotel has a small workout room and a great view of the harbor.
