Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic, being in the business district and close to many attractions.

The only thing that could be improved was the variety of breakfast options.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently close to everything - the subway line, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sights. It made exploring this city so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk attendants. They even provided umbrellas for us on a rainy day. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, in particular, was fabulous with a huge bathtub. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

No rooftop terrace bar experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric and had a great experience. The location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The rooftop bar was a highlight of my stay, offering stunning views of the city. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

One drawback was the high price of the hotel, which felt inflated for just a two-night stay. Additionally, the AC unit in my room was extremely loud, causing disturbances during the night and affecting my sleep quality.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric in a beautiful and spacious room for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable and the large walk-in shower added a luxurious feel to my stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Blue and Red Line stops, making it seamless to travel around the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Michigan Ave made it easy to explore the main downtown area. The hotel being located in the business district meant it was quieter over the weekend, which was a nice change from the crowded streets.

I really got my money's worth at Hyatt Centric in downtown Chicago. The room was spacious, with a unique layout and plenty of natural light from the six windows. The hotel's location was super convenient, close to public transportation and shopping streets. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could use improvement.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the modern and clean aesthetic of the rooms. the beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to everything in the area. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided free toiletries and other amenities in case you forgot something, which was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides to my stay. First, I was disappointed that the hotel did not honor my reservation and I did not get the room I had reserved.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to all the main attractions and good restaurants. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had.

our stay at the hyatt centric was fantastic. the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special. the location in the loop was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was spacious and newly renovated. we had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the delicious food at cochon volant.
