Ope, just gotta say, I loved the spacious room and that everyday housekeeping, ya know? The staff were super nice, made check-in a breeze. Plus, having a fridge for my leftovers was a lifesaver! Overall, what a delightful stay!

It was just a perfect match for a date night in Chicago with the best value for money ratio. I really enjoyed the welcoming vibe and the staff was ready to assist when I needed help. If you're staying, make sure to check on nearby dining options because there are some delicious places within walking distance.

We appreciate the hotel's excellent location, which is central to many attractions and dining options. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the skyline, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooms are modern and spacious, equipped with essential amenities for our business needs.

One downside is the occasional noise from the HVAC system, which can be distracting.

The bed was lekker comfy, and the staff were super friendly—like those chommies at reception really made me feel at home. There’s a nice lounge with decent brekkie options. I also appreciated the little fridge in the room for leftovers from my din-dins!

Only downside was the noise at night. it was a bit bliksem loud with all the city sounds coming in.

Room was snug but super comfy with a lekker bed and huge flat screen. Rooftop bar vibe was on point, though our spot wasn’t the best. The staff really made it special, especially when they looked after our bags post-checkout!

Bathroom design was a bit dodgy—shower ended up making the whole floor wet, which isn’t ideal, you know?

We had a fantastic day starting at Millennium Park, then hit up Michigan Avenue for some shopping. The location was spot on. The staff were accommodating, even welcoming our special needs son's autism support dog, making our stay even better.

My wife says that the noise from the hall occasionally made it tough to sleep. Offering a more family-friendly approach to parking would be a plus.

Loved the good size room with a nice walk-in shower and coffee on hand, made mornings a breeze! Relaxing on the rooftop was nice, but we weren’t able to get a table with a view, which was a bit of a bummer. Definitely check out the café for breakfast – it’s a great way to start your day! ☕

Nonetheless, the comfort of the room made it a pleasant stay.

However, the fragrance used throughout is quite strong, and the views from the room windows left much to be desired. While the early check-in and luggage assistance were appreciated, the noise from the HVAC system was noticeable at times, slightly detracting from the overall experience.
