The attention to detail during Stanford's graduation weekend, including special treats and gifts, made our stay even more memorable. The staff's excellent customer service and helpfulness exceeded our expectations. A great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent, and the pool area was great. Although the bathroom was small, the room was clean and spacious. I had a comfortable stay at Sheraton.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing - friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's breakfast spread was great, with delicious options and a special egg station. I also loved the convenience of the hotel's location. It was very close to downtown, and I could easily walk there in just 10 minutes. Additionally, this location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was close to the train station and Stanford University.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right across from Stanford and within walking distance to the stadium. The convenience of being able to walk into downtown Palo Alto or to the Town and Country shopping center was beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory. I appreciated the fact that I could get food to go or eat at the restaurant early in the morning. Although there was no free parking, the value for money was fair considering the overall experience.

You can admire the tranquil pond in front of the hotel or take a stroll to the other side of the train tracks, where the city's heart beats faster. Rooms are well-equipped, and the showers are very refreshing. Staff is attentive and helpful, and their service can please even the most demanding customers.

Great location as I could walk directly from the hotel to the downtown shops, restaurants, and Stanford. The staff at Sheraton were fantastic, they upgraded my room at no cost and allowed for early check-in. The grounds were beautiful with a pool, koi ponds, and a little river. I especially enjoyed the excellent brunch by the pool, which was reasonably priced. My patio overlooking the ponds and fountains was a lovely addition. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and comforters. Plus, the price was better than all others in the area. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
