Excellent Shuttle Service!

During my stay at Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding shuttle service provided by Frank. He made my trip from the airport to where my car was parked seamless and efficient. Frank was incredibly polite and even took the time to remember my name. He ensured that I watched my step and dropped me off right beside my car. I highly recommend this shuttle service, as it made my travel experience hassle-free. I will definitely be using this service again in the future. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent shuttle service.

Attending our high school class reunion, we chose to stay at Sheraton for its convenient location and inviting outdoor pool. Despite arriving late at 8:00 PM, we were given access to the pool until 8:30 PM, ensuring we could unwind after the event. The modern and clean room exceeded our expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed. Additionally, the hotel let us continue using the pool until 4:30 PM, providing a key card for access to the facilities. With friendly staff and a memorable experience, we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the airport. It is conveniently located next to the airport and the free shuttle service made our transportation a breeze. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and the fact that the hotel had an outdoor pool. Additionally, the breakfast was great and the hotel had a common area for SPG members.
